Why not treat yourself to Platinum Services by Amy, a comprehensive program to address your special needs in the privacy and comfort of your own home. You will receive a thorough health assessment, an individualized nutrition care plan, a kitchen makeover to help you plan and stock a healthy house, and a personalized exercise training session. No special equipment is required, I will bring everything necessary to transform you and your home. Platinum Services require a minimum half-day time commitment, with price available upon request.
I am also available for specialty services such as supermarket tours, cooking demonstrations, worksite visits, and presentations to schools, businesses, and community groups.
